Returns

Live animals are not returnable. For biosecurity and animal-welfare reasons, we cannot accept returns of live insects, worms, cultures, or frozen prey.

Dead-on-arrival is handled separately: see the live arrival / DOA policy for reporting windows and remedies (credit or reshipment, per the supplying breeder's terms).

Sales tax is handled by Stripe Tax at checkout.
