Live Arrival / DOA
Live animals are perishable, and every breeder guarantees live arrival only within a short window after delivery. Our store promises no more than the supplying breeder covers. If your order arrives with dead animals, you must report it immediately with a photo, within the window below for that breeder.

Remedy is credit or reshipment, depending on the breeder's terms. Do not discard dead animals or packaging before contacting us — the breeder may require photos.
